Taipei, Jan. 30 (CNA) Taiwan's Acer Inc. plans to launch cheaper thin-and-light laptops, dubbed "Ultrabooks," in the third quarter of this year in response to competition from lower-priced models, Acer President Jim Wong said Monday.
